Viking Valuable Volunteer Feb. 13-19
The Viking Valuable Volunteer this week is Aubrey Zurcher. Her husband, Robbie, is originally from Elkader and Aubrey is from Dubuque. They've been married for eight years. Their son, Brysen is seven and is in Mrs. Tegeler's 1st grade class. Their daughter, Lainey, a fiesty four year old, is in Ms. Frazier's preschool class. They love outdoors and animals. They enjoy integrating into such a wonderful community with lots of great support. When asked why she helps out at Ed-Co, she responded, "I feel volunteering with our children shows that what they are doing and learning is important to us as role models. Understanding their environment allows them and us, as parents to grow. After being so busy my own schooling for the last 2 years, I cherish every opportunity I'm able to enhance my children's learning!"
