2020-2021 School Information

Online registration is open!!

The entire registration process can be completed at home, which we highly recommend due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.  If you are, however, in need of technical assistance with online registration or access to computers, staff will be available in the High School office on Wednesday, August 12th from Noon to 6PM.  If you must attend during this time, masks and social distancing are required.  We also ask that only ONE person per family attend. This is for both Elementary & Secondary studen

HEATH INFORMATION

7th-12th grade student athletes:  Participants in athletics must have a current physical, concussion form, and “Informed Consent Agreement for Participation in School Athletics” form on file in the HS office before the first day of practice.  All forms must be updated/renewed annually.

 

Kindergarten & 3rd grade students:  All students entering Kindergarten and 3rd grade are mandated to have a vision screening within one year prior to and no later than 6 months after entering those grades. 

 

Kindergarten & 9th grade students:  All students entering Kindergarten and 9th grade are mandated to have a dental screening within one year prior to entering those grades.

 

7th grade students:  All students entering 7th grade are required to have proof of Tdap vaccine administration before the school year.

 

7th & 12th grade students: All students entering, advancing or transferring into 7th grade and born after September 15, 2004, will need proof of one dose of meningitis vaccine.  All students entering, advancing, or transferring into 12th grade and born after September 15, 1999, will need proof of two doses of meningitis vaccine; or 1 dose if received when the student was 16 years of age or older.  Proof of this vaccine will need to be provided PRIOR to the start of the first day of school.

 

Immunizations:  All students should have up to date immunizations.  If you are unsure if your child is up to date, please contact your healthcare provider.

 

Students who need to take medication at school:  Any student taking prescription medication at school, including an inhaler, must have a form filled out and on file at the school. Students using an inhaler at school must have the form filled out by their doctor.  A new form is required each school year.

 

All Health forms are on our school website and available in the school offices.

DATES TO REMEMBER

School begins Monday, August 24th for Grades JK-12.  

Preschool begins on Wednesday, August 26th. 

School pictures: Secondary pictures will be Tuesday, September 15th.  Elementary pictures will be Wednesday, September 16th.
