Tri Conference Art Show
Launch the media gallery 1 playerFive Ed-Cp art students attended the Tri-Rivers Conference Art Show on Friday, April 20th.
They received the below awards:
1st Place in Digital Photography: Cassidy Steger - “Little Cowboys”
2nd Place in Digital Photography: Hayle Pillard - “Final Cast” (sunset photo in the photo with Cassidy)
2nd Place in Mixed Media: Madison Sheckles - “For the Love of the Game”
3rd Place in Mixed Media: Brianna Hartman
3rd Place in Graphic Arts: Laura Bueno - “Pizza Girl”
3rd Place in Ceramic Sculpture: Brianna Hartman - “Newborn Dragon”
Melissa Meyer, Ed-Co art teacher, was able to give two Honorable Mentions to those submitted from our school. She chose Akaisha Buzynski and Tori Bolsinger.
While at the show, the five students were able to do four workshops where they learned the following things: Macrame, jewelry making by reusing items, origami cranes, and fish printing.
