Elementary After School Program
Launch the media gallery 1 player - media #1Starting in January, Ed-Co Elementary School will be offering students a great opportunity to attend the Vikings Power Hour Program. After School programs have been proven to improve student test scores, better reading and math scores, and have fewer behavioral problems. Please consider this opportunity for your student.
The emphasis of this program will be on reading and math skills that will offer enrichment opportunities for your student. The program will start Jan. 3 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will run from 3:45 – 5:15. After school the students will go to the after school recess until 3:45. They will then start the after school program which will involve reading skills/practice, a snack, and then math skills/practice. Ed-Co Elementary teachers will staff these after school sessions. The Colesburg students can be picked up at the front doors at 5:15 and the Edgewood students will ride the activity bus back to Edgewood where parents can pick them up at the high school at 5:30.
